  1. Wash spinach, cut coarsely, salt, and mix well

  2. Then squeeze firmly to remove excess liquid

  3. Finely chop onions and dill and mix with the spinach

  4. Add nutmeg, pepper, and half of the olive oil

  5. Grease a baking dish with olive oil

  6. Layer phyllo dough sheets
